Section 3 Economic Opportunities
RCRHA complies with Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, which aims to provide economic opportunities to low-income residents and businesses owned by low-income residents in project areas. If you are qualifying worker or business owner there may be opportunities to work with us!
Employment and Contractor Opportunities:
If you receive government assistance for housing or if your income falls below HUD's income limits, you may qualify as a Section 3 worker, targeted worker, or Section 3 business concern. We may need workers and businesses that specialize in carpentry, construction, demolition, general contracting, painting, cleaning, and site preparation.
