Roanoke Chowan Regional Housing Authority will assess the following charges. In accordance with the lease, Roanoke Chowan Housing Authority will charge the resident for the repairs, replacement and upkeep of the properties. We reserve the right to charge for any repairs necessary because of damages or negligence on the part of the resident, family and guests.
The charges listed below are a guideline but do not necessarily reflect the actual amount that will be charged for any repair. You will receive a notice of charges made to your account. You have the right to ask for an explanation of any charge to your account.
Residents are not charged for normal wear and tear.

RCHA maintenance working hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM.
For EMERGENCY work after 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, or on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays: see posted list at local office for mechanic on call.
